Benefil is uniquely equipped to address the risks and challenges of big specialist projects such as mines or sinkholes. By filling the void with our foam the overall structure is stabilised causing minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
When natural voids develop in locations that are inaccessible our specially designed foaming equipment enables us to safely reach those remote locations and still apply the foam in large volumes. This ensures reliable cost and time-effective solutions that are specific to your project.
Due to its water based composition our hardfoam is particularly suitable for natural environments. Instead our experts can combine it with normal soils as an alternative substrate promoting future plant growth.
Our Process

Quote
A quote will be made following an estimation of the void size and other specifications. If a site visit seems necessary we'll send out one of our specialists!

Preparation
Depending on the project filling points may need to be made. These can be: drilled injection points; permanently affixed or loosely inserted PE pipes; open void or other method.

Filling
Now the void can be filled with the approved density of our hardfoam. In some situations we'll use laser levelling equipment to keep an eye on the surrounding environment.

Completion and Confirmation
The site will be cleared and you'll receive a confirmation of completion.
