We offer precise solutions for repairing and reinforcing quay walls against voids that have been created by ‘washouts’. Typically a washout is caused by the repetitive erosion generated from large ships and marine traffic.
Because of this harsh natural environment our foam is designed to be exceptionally strong and durable, permeating deep into the quay wall and protecting the structure from further erosion.
This high performance material is also environmentally safe, ensuring reliable solutions that are kind to our planet.
Our Process

Quote
A quote will be made following an estimation of the void size and other specifications. If a site visit seems necessary we'll send out one of our specialists!

Preparation
Depending on the project filling points may need to be made. These can be: drilled injection points; permanently affixed or loosely inserted PE pipes; open void or other method.

Filling
Now the void can be filled with the approved density of our hardfoam. In some situations we'll use laser levelling equipment to keep an eye on the surrounding environment.

Completion
The site will be cleared and you'll receive a confirmation of completion.
