Benefil offers advanced services in void filling that have been caused by problems such as erosion or vibrations. By using our hardfoam we can effectively restore surrounding structures and stabilise the ground, in dry or marine environments.
This material also allows us to fill voids of different sizes. One of our largest void fillings took place at Amsterdam Centraal Station and required 1300㎥ of foam!
During complex projects it is important to be aware of complications that can occur to the void’s surroundings before, during and after filling. Our expert team have years of experience managing these types of projects and also conduct training for our dealer network worldwide.
Our Process

Quote
A quote will be made following an estimation of the void size and other specifications. If a site visit seems necessary we'll send out one of our specialists!

Preparation
Depending on the project filling points may need to be made. These can be: drilled injection points; permanently affixed or loosely inserted PE pipes; open void or other method.

Filling
Now the void can be filled with the approved density of our hardfoam. In some situations we'll use laser levelling equipment to keep an eye on the surrounding environment.

Completion and Confirmation
The site will be cleared and you'll receive a confirmation of completion.
