When pipelines, sewer lines, fuel tanks or storage vessels go out of service, leaving them empty creates risk. Subsidence, groundwater contamination, fire hazard. We fill them with water-based hardfoam that is fast-curing, low-emission and fully traceable.

Site-mixed and injected through existing access points or small openings. No excavation, no fuel residues, no environmental hassle. The asset is rendered inert and structural within hours.

Our Process

  1. Quote

    A quote will be tailored to the specifications of your project. If a site visit seems necessary we'll send out one of our specialists!

  2. Preparation

    Depending on the project filling points may need to be made. These can be: drilled injection points; permanently affixed or loosely inserted PE pipes; open void or other method.

  3. Filling

    Now the ground can be filled with the approved density of our hardfoam. In some situations we'll use laser levelling equipment to monitor the surrounding environment.

  4. Completetion

    You'll receive a confirmation of completion along with any required documentation.
